Delray City Market

Delray Beach will soon have a unique dining and entertainment space which pays homage to the city’s status as a South Florida, ‘must-see’ foodie, art and celebration destination.

Menin Development aims to break ground in fall of 2018 on Delray City Market, the area’s first-ever food hall and community event space.

“The design and atmosphere of Delray City Market will be a monument to Delray’s unique style, energy, and food centric culture which continues to drive a major residential and tourism boom for the area” says Menin Development CEO Craig Menin. The 120,000 square foot and four story building will have a prime location along Southeast 3rd Avenue a half block off south of Atlantic Avenue.

Delray City Market will be a home for comradery and community where friends and families, coworkers and out-of-towners can come together in a casual setting to enjoy something for everyone. Menin says there will be an estimated 30 spaces for independent chefs and vendors to create their cuisine.

“We want to give the up and coming chefs who may not have the finances to open their own restaurant, the opportunity to be on display and serve their signature food to an audience of locals and tourists” says Menin. The food hall’s casual setting will allow guests to enjoy a variety of foods without having to spend as much time and money as a traditional restaurant.

Scheduled to open by the Fall of 2019, Delray City Market will also include:

  • An area dedicated to food centric charity events, fundraisers and entertainment
  • Gourmet supermarket
  • Indoor and outdoor seating
  • A 200 car garage
  • An dedicated Uber/Lyft drop off area
