With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Bob Higginbotham has cultivated a passion for the expansion of creative food and beverage programs for top tier hotels and restaurants throughout the U.S. A native of Rhode Island, Bob began his professional career as Director of Operations for Café Paragon/Viva, then became owner/operating partner of Bravo Brasserie in Providence. He moved to the corporate side of the industry, serving as Corporate General Manager/Management Trainer for SBC Restaurant Group for several years, before heading to Florida in 2014 to join The Max Group. He launched Atlantic Avenue Beverage in 2016 and has worked as a consultant with a number of premier hospitality brands, including Phoenix Hospitality, Bold Food, T2 Hospitality, Evolution Hospitality, Next Hospitality, Bread and Butter Advisors, The Concept Gurus and others. Bob is a member of the International Live Events Society, United States Bartenders’ Guild Palm Beach Chapter, and the Rhode Island Association of Hospitality and Tourism.
