The new DELRAY BEACH MARKET - As If Delray Beach Could Have Too Much Flavor

Delray Beach Market is an unbelievable new food hall located in downtown Delray. Just off Atlantic at 33 SE 3rd Avenue, Delray Beach Market is destined to be a community landmark for decades to come. The "tropical modern" building built from the ground up was derived from a vision of Craig Menin, and came to fruition during COVID. Its Grand Opening on April 24 debuted a combination of 27 restaurants, bars and shops. Presenting 150,000 square feet of space and four levels including a 223 space parking garage (with EV chargers), the $60 million food hall building is touted as Florida's largest. With 60,000 of those square feet devoted to its hospitality vendors. It is close to Johnie Browns on Atlantic and the Lionfish - another Menin property.

To say there is a variety of food choices would be an understatement. Each restaurant offers its own flavorful specialty. Options include Big T's [Scratch] Deli, Salvo [NY Style] Pizza, Dad's Favorite Burgers, Lovelee Bake Shop, Surry Co. Smoke House, Tekka Bar (Sushi), Tip To Tail (fresh fish daily), Vote For Pedro Mexican Cantina and Sorella's Hand-made Pasta. When I say hand-made, I mean they make the Cavtelli one noodle at a time, by hand (pictured and delicious)… There are many more options including Indian, Coffee, Vegan, Ice Cream - the list goes on and on. You won't find any chains here, just fresh and local. The"Central Bar" and "Delray Craft" are also offering Happy Hour (50% off all drinks) from 3-6PM and 9PM til close Monday to Friday.

Up in the "Mezz", there's a camera-ready chef's kitchen in the market's 5,000-square-foot second level. This is where food hall organizers hope to stage chef demos, cooking classes, live music nights and other social events. It also boasts a large seating area that can be reserved for functions and get this, at no-charge. If you desire food, they can arrange delivery upstairs, but not a requirement. It will be a great space to do private events.

Delray Beach Market is a Cashless property. If you do not have a credit, debit card or phone-based payment available, please see the concierge to purchase a 'Market Card' with Cash for use in the market towards all goods. Delray Beach Market Accepts the Following Forms of payment: Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Contactless payments - tap & phone based-payments are accepted at all of our vendors.

May of the vendors are still hiring and appears to be a great village of community and opportunity. They have also made special arrangements with Delivery Dudes by offering delivery from multiple restaurants for a single delivery fee.
