Orchard Supply Hardware Begins Construction July 27, 2017

California-based Orchard Supply Hardware, a lifestyle home and garden supply destination owned by Lowe’s Home Improvement, began the build out of its new Delray Beach location July 27, 2017. The store will be located at New Century Commons at 510 Linton Blvd., Delray Beach, Florida. Menin Development leased the property to Orchard Supply shortly after its former tenant, Sports Authority, closed its doors.

Orchard Supply will feature 30,999 sf of interior space along with an outdoor nursery and garden area of 6,700 sf. The home improvement store will carry garden and nursery supplies, housewares and accessories, furniture, electrical and plumbing items, paint, power tools and more.

Menin welcomes Orchard Supply Hardware joining its other tenants PetSmart, AT & T, Chipolte and PNC Bank to New Century Commons. The store is slated to open November 2017.
