Menin Development Acquires New Century Commons

A Menin Development affiliate purchased the 86,050 sq ft New Century Commons Shopping Center located at 500 W. Linton Blvd in Delray Beach, Fl. Current tenants include Sports Authority, Pet Smart, PNC Bank, Chipolte, AT & T and Cream. New Century Commons is located halfway between I-95 and South Federal Highway on Linton Blvd frontage.
