MENIN ACQUIRES SPORTS AUTHORITY

An affiliate of Palm Beach, FL based Menin Development has acquired a site net leased to Sports Authority on world famous Camelback Road in Phoenix, AZ.  The 50,000 square foot building was purchased from Realty Income Corporation, Escondido, CA.

Sports Authority, headquartered in Englewood, CO operates approximately 460 stores nationwide.

Menin is in process of compiling a single tenant retail portfolio and is looking for additional properties from $3m – $100 million in downtown, in fill and higher end suburban communities.
