MENIN ACQUIRES REGAL CINEMAS

An affiliate of Palm Beach, FL based Menin Development has acquired a 23 acre site net leased to Regal Cinemas on State Route 7 in Royal Palm Beach, FL.  Regal operates an 18 screen, 80,000 square foot theatre at the site.

Menin is in process of compiling a single tenant retail portfolio and is looking for additional properties from $3m – $100 million in downtown, in fill and higher end suburban communities.
