An affiliate of Palm Beach, FL based Menin Development has acquired land and a building leased to Raising Cane’s, located on famed St Charles Avenue in New Orleans, LA, less than one mile from the French Quarter and Canal Street.
Founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and named for his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane, the rapidly growing concept was ranked among the top three quick service restaurant chains in the nation for 2013, according to the authoritative Sandelman & Associates Quick-Track study, based on food quality, customer service, cleanliness and other important factors. Now with in excess of 200 restaurants, Raising Cane’s is continuing to expand its footprint nationwide.
Menin is in process of compiling a single tenant retail portfolio and is looking for additional properties in downtown, in fill and higher end suburban communities.
