Valentine’s Day is almost here – what are you eating this year?

If you haven’t made your dine-in reservation for this sweetheart day, please do it now. Same for takeout, as this is the second-busiest restaurant holiday of the year (second only to Mother’s Day). 

Here are some Palm Beach County spots featuring prix fixe menus to make everything easier. 

Lionfish, 307 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach; 561/639-8700;https://lionfishdelray.com. Offering a Valentine’s Day prix fixe, three-course meal–and dessert!– with a menu priced at $95/person (not including beverages). A limited à la carte menu will also be offered.

Waterstone Resort & Marina, Boca Landing restaurant, 999 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton; 561/368-9500; https://www.waterstoneboca.com/ From Feb. 11 through Feb. 14, offering a three-course prix fixe meal starting at 6 p.m. for $95 per person.

Johan’s Jöe Swedish Coffee House & Café, 401 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach; 561/808-5090; https://johansjoe.com. Offering a “Pink Heart Package” with two hot (or iced) coffees, one bottle of Brut Champagne, two Natalie’s Orange Juice bottles, and two butter croissants ($29.95). Their romantic “Red Heart Package” includes all the previous goodies with the addition of delectable Swedish pancakes topped with fresh berries and Nutella ($49.95).

Valentine’s Day brunch festivities will start at 11 a.m. and will offer a flavorful three-course prix fixe menu for $85 per person, featuring a choice of petits fours, appetizer, entrée and a featured dessert.

Doris Italian Market & Bakery, all locations. Offering two Valentine’s meal packages now through Feb. 14. The Valentine’s Day Package has 10 jumbo cooked shrimp, cocktail sauce, two 6-oz. filet mignon steaks, two 4-oz. lobster tails and two jumbo cannoli (steaks/lobster not cooked) for $49.95. The Deluxe Valentine’s Day Package includes a dozen roses, a bottle of wine plus the ingredients in the first package, for $64.95. These are available at the seafood counter.
